We are excited to announce that BLP will be jointly delivering a new Employability Pathway course with D&G College at the start of the new academic year from August 2022

Better Lives Partnership’s B2E @ Wigtownshire moved into Dumfries and Galloway College’s Stranraer Campus in November 2021, and the move has proved successful at supporting our young people, and great making links with the college to offer wider opportunities to young people.

The Employability Pathway course has been designed to develop confidence, personal and employability skills in a supported environment. And through a variety of subjects, will allow for participants to design their own personal learning and support plan. This flexible and personal approach to learning is suitable for individuals who experience barriers to learning and employment

It is the aim of this course to act as a stepping-stone for participants into further supported employment programmes, to further training and education opportunities with employability as its key focus. We are delighted to be able to offer this course and encourage any young person who is eligible to apply.
